Being one of the pioneering companies certified by the ISO9000 Quality Control Program, VTech's quality control system fully complies with ISO9001:2000's strict requirements. Furthermore, thanks to the standard's inherent practicality, our quality control system also allows the process to accommodate any specific quality requirements you might have. This ensures that the finished products will be compliant to both your quality demands and international standards.

VTech has also received an ISO14001 certification. The ISO14001 is a collection of voluntary international standards covering environmental management tools and systems. The ISO14001 includes standards covering things from environmental auditing to environmental labeling to evaluating lifecycles of products. This ensures that the products created will be in accordance with international environmental standards.

Upon receiving a purchase order, our Quality Assurance Professionals will derive a quality control process customized for your product. Since Statistical Process Control is thoroughly employed in our quality control system, we periodically compile reports on subjects such as product test yields, component failures or workmanship profiles. Upon request, VTech will furnish a monthly report to you for reference.

One very important parameter that contributes to the success of modern Quality Assurance Practice is traceability. With the aid of a sophisticated bar-code and data retrieval system, our quality assurance professionals can maintain manufacturing and test records so that historical data can be traced when necessary.
